What it contains

RANA STYLE is a food supplement of creatine and branched chain amino acids in the ratio of 4:1:1 on a carbohydrate basis (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, hyaluronic acid, theanine, caffeine and vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The product is gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and without added sweeteners.
Breaststroker, king in power and
coordination!
As you know, in modern breaststroke, even for those who practice the 200 meters, the power and ability to coordinate the stroke with breathing and the kick are fundamental aspects! Precise, rapid and powerful movements are required of the breaststroker in order to practice a more effective breaststroke.
Inside Rana style we have included 3 grams of creatine, together with amino acids in a 4:1:1 ratio
Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities, while amino acids have four times the amount of leucine than valine and isoleucine to support muscle growth!
Numerous studies have confirmed that a formulation of branched chain amino acids with a higher leucine content activates some biochemical mechanisms that stimulate the formation of proteins that build muscle tissue.(1)
However, power, if not applied correctly through adequate coordination and precision in movements, does not create a particular advantage during the breaststroke swim:
The caffeine - theanine association can improve the precision of movement of athletes who must perform exercises at regular intervals, without altering the subjective mental state (2), thanks to theanine which counteracts the discomfort caused by caffeine intake.

During your breaststroke workouts, you will often challenge lactic acid through training sessions to improve your anaerobic capacity.
In the frog, there is greater involvement of the muscles of the lower limbs, resulting in hyperproduction of lactate.
Strong leg cramps often arise which force the breaststroker to interrupt or modulate the intensity of the breaststroke kick.
It has now been established, through numerous scientific studies, that beta alanine improves lactacid capacity.
Its intake, thanks to the increase in carnosine synthesis, can improve performance in sports where the anaerobic lactacid mechanism reigns supreme (3)
Protect your joints!
The breaststroker's joints, particularly the knees and hips, are particularly stressed due to the singular movement of the lower limbs that characterizes this style. Thanks to the association of hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, the lubrication of the joint and the stimulation of collagen production, useful for the function of the cartilage, are facilitated.

How to Take It
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 500ml of water and shake well for at least 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to take one sachet 40-45 minutes before training or a competition. Lightly orange flavored to promote good digestibility of the ingredients
