What it contains

LIBERO STYLE is a dietary supplement of creatine and branched chain amino acids on a carbohydrate basis (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet. The product also contains maca, useful as a tonic-adaptogen. The product is gluten-free, naturally lactose-free and without added sweeteners.

In freestyle you are never fast enough to neglect speed and never resistant enough to underestimate the aerobic phase of training.

For these reasons, we have selected a combination of creatine and amino acids on a carbohydrate basis through an extremely balanced formulation with the aim of satisfying the needs of the liberal style.

Everyone recognizes the freestyle swimmer's ability to undergo very demanding training sessions which often push the swimmer towards a phenomenon called overtraining.
However, this creates a need to support the swimmer with both physical and mental endurance.

Libero stile is enriched with maca root, a plant that was used by Inca warriors to increase strength before combat.

Maca can improve the muscular capabilities of athletes who use it regularly, in fact, athletes who take this root report feeling more active and energized.
Furthermore, Maca is rich in essential amino acids, vitamins and proteins, which contribute to the development of lean mass by assisting anabolism and muscle growth.

How to Take It

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 500ml of water and shake well for at least 20-30 seconds. It is recommended to take one sachet 40-45 minutes before training or a competition. Lightly flavored with green tea to promote good digestibility of the ingredients
