• Video analysis of swimming technique – all swimmers will be filmed and these films will be analyzed together to provide ideas and exercises to improve independently. The videos will be available later for everyone.
• Partner – Non-swimmers are welcome, contact us for advice on what to offer your non-swimming partners on your specific trip.
• Travel Requirements – all our routes have been carefully designed to minimize travel to and from the starting points, allowing you to have more time for swimming.
